What dues cover

Dues pay for:

• Maintenance of entrances, common areas, and roads
• Liability and property insurance for association-owned areas
• Utilities for shared lighting and irrigation
• Contributions to a reserve fund for larger future repairs

How to pay

Dues can be paid via Zelle or check.

If you are having trouble paying

Contact the board before the due date. It is almost always easier to work something out ahead of time than after an account has gone delinquent.
